ABSURD: ridiculously unreasonable, unsound, or incongruous

2 months into the year... and I'm already tired. I'm worn out and I want to pack up and leave. I can. But I'm trying to be logical and practical. At this point it's the wisest thing to do. I've been in the call center industry for almost 5 years now- a year and a half with Operations and the past 3 years with Quality. I've gained skills, experiences, and competencies I know I may not have learned were I employed elsewhere. I'm proud of the nature of my work and, sometimes when I feel like handing over my resignation, I think of how lucky I am to have a job which I like. I'm paid well, you see. If you compare it with the common folk, it's fine. But if you put the paycheck beside the list of tasks we are given - tasks that should be done by Operations, you'll see where my gripe comes from.
